Serve between 16°C and 18°C. Not cold. Not warm. The precise temperature at which the body stops interpreting and starts experiencing.
At exactly 30 degrees. No faster. The surface of the liquid should arrive in the glass, not crash into it. If you pour quickly, you are drinking something else.
Before you taste, you verify. Swirl. Breathe. The nose on NULLPROOF tells you what alcohol normally announces — and then drowns out. Fruit. Oak. Time.
There is no burn. This is not a flaw. The burn was always noise. What you feel in its absence is the spirit itself — clean, complete, and fully present.
The word "proof" is a measure of alcohol content. We have none. This has never been a limitation — it has always been the specification.
