Run of ShowEvery cue in its place

LIVE00:00:00:00

Every cuein itsplace.

A free cue-sheet editor for live events. Write the run of show, time every segment, then call the event from your phone or tablet in show mode. Export to CSV, Excel or PDF when the crew needs a copy.

No account. Your shows are saved in this browser and nowhere else.

THE RUNDOWN

What it does

One row per cue and one column per position, the way crews already write these. The editor does the arithmetic.

  1. 101

    Segments and cues

Group cues under segments like Pre-show, Show and Close. Each cue gets a number, a start time and a duration.

  2. 102

    A running clock

Set the start time and the sheet works out when every cue begins and when the show ends. Type a fixed time on any cue to anchor the clock there.

  3. 103

    Your columns

One column per position: video, audio, PA, graphics, stage, or whatever your crew calls. Rename them, add more or take some away.

  4. 104

    Drag to reorder

Move a cue by its handle, or focus the handle and use the arrow keys. Duplicate, insert or delete from the menu on each row.

  5. 105

    Show mode

A full-screen view for calling the show: the current cue, a countdown for it, what each position does, and what comes next. GO moves on.

  6. 106

    Three exports

CSV for anything, an Excel sheet with a frozen header row, and a print-ready PDF in Letter or A4.

SHOW MODE

Call it from your hand

Open show mode on a phone or tablet at the side of the stage. The screen stays awake where the browser allows it. Tap GO, press the space bar or swipe left to move on. Swipe right or tap Back if you jumped early.

The top of the screen shows the time of day, the time since the first GO, and how far ahead or behind the plan you are.
